Easy Techniques for Meditation for Beginners

The writer here has gone on great lengths to explain in detail about how to meditate and also explained the medical benefits we could get from it. I myself had too much problems of meditating, the solutions here for people like me who are beginners and have too many problems meditating. Also the 7 steps which have been given are simple and could be followed one at a time. The thing I liked in the book was how the writer says not to go out of our way and do all at one time, it takes some time to practice and slowly increase our meditation time. And I wanted to add one more thing which I wanted to share, I recently had gone to a meditation center and could not sit for hours meditating and had simply had to quit the program. It is always better to start of slow. I would highly recommend this book.

Straight to the point and very informative.

I have always loved to try meditation, but I have never experienced before and I don’t know how to do it or if I’m doing it right or wrong. I like the simplicity of the author’s writing style, it makes beginners like myself understand the concept of meditation and how important it is in order to achieve success and happiness. Meditation is the simplest way for us to achieve calmness and peace of mind, and if we find ourselves in a continuous state of stress, our mental and physical health will also be affected. If our mind is in complete disorder and confusion, it will lack direction and purpose and consequently will affect us from achieving our goals. Definitely recommend!

It was easy to follow and I picked up on all of the meditation techniques very quickly. Meditating helps me feel relaxed and happier throughout my whole day. There are some really great tips that I have't seen in other books like this one before. I would recommend this book to anyone that is thinking about practicing meditation and looking to find peace in their life.
