I absolutely love it!

Yoga and where it comes from and how it ties with everything I have been researching is amazing to me. This method of meditation has so many overarching benefits for a very small price, free. I like how the writer factors time into their discussion and offers some great advice on how to fit meditation into your busy schedule. To be able to find inner relaxation while physically exercising my body sounds like a dream I would like to try out. What this practice harbors in terms of overall health is amazing because it is so open ended. I like how the writer takes the reader through the various elements and styles relating to yoga, the images are a great help too. This book has helped understand and become willing to utilize this great asset to improve my life, thank you.

Will Help You Get Through The Beginning Stages Of Yoga

This book helped me focus on the fundamentals of yoga and build a strong foundtion to move on to more advance moves. Unlike most yoga boooks this one categorized the positions depending on what you want to acomplish out of your yoga session, fitness, stress relief,or relaxiation. Most of the positions are also accompanied by a picture which helped me mae sure that I was performing each yoga position correctly.
The most usefule part of this book in my opinion is the chapter that showed me how to incorporate yoga into my daily schedule, which was already very hectic.
All in all I think this is a strong beginner's guide to getting started in yoga.

ideal life

I am a busy person. 7 days seem to be too limited. If I could only make a day just for myself, just for family and relaxation. But reality check tells me that I only have 24 hrs and 7 days- and I need not complain about that. I just have to have YOGA lifestyle. This book just fits all- everyone. Luckily, this book hits important issues to deal with and of course solved it out through the tips to an effective lifestyle. I'm glad I have this in my treasure chest. :) This book has taught me to balance time and enjoy what I do and get a little time for myself and for self renewal from time to time.
