A great book especially for beginners!

This is a great book that introduces you to the ancient method of meditation that can be a very rewarding physical activity aiding to both your spiritual and physical well-being.

It is explained in a very comprehensive way and offers different effective methods, which I love, because I think it is important to explore and find out which method suits one the most. I especially love the part were the author points out that many different religions use meditation in different ways but that the real essence is one and same. No matter which religion one belongs to, everyone can practice meditation procedures of any religion as per own convenience and familiarity. The end result is always going to be same.

I've been practicing meditation for a while now and it has been immensely changing the way how I live my life. Other than assuring my health benefits, it thought me how to appreciate every moment of my life. A must try!

I got every word from this book because meditation is difficult to be understood but easier to be felt. That's why you should firstly understand the proccess and then to feel it by doing. Meditation is hard work, and you will inevitably come to a point where it seemingly does not fit into the picture anymore. Meditation is an absolutely wonderful practice, but can be very difficult in the beginning. Use the tips described in this book to get your practice to the next level!
