Easily learned meditation through this book

I read many books on relieving tension and stress from life but no book is as good as this one. It teaches you how to meditate in a very easy and simple manner. Bina, who is the author of this book, writes as a friend and mentor and guides you from the beginning till you learn the art of meditation. I was not only able to meditate but also reduce my anxiety to feel happier than before.
