Great help for everyone who wants to reduce some weight for the upcoming summer!

I really liked the idea to explicitly formulate my personal goal statement in the beginning, which really will keep me going even during the tougher days and stay motivated from day one. Moreover there are many useful tips on how to overcome feelings and thoughts of doubt during the process. A true game changer for the upcoming summer! :-)

No surprises

This is a VERY quick read, but the three or four basic tips are not new. It seems to be mostly a pep talk with some familiar strategies. It did not deal with the one factor that is my personal downfall--feelings of deprivation--other than to caution against feelings that are not really who you are.
