Certainly Pleased with this Meditation

I must say, I found this meditation audiobook to be incredible. It was the right pace for a beginner like me, and helped me get relaxed pretty fast. The instructions were clear and delivered in a relaxed and pleasant tone. I enjoyed the narrator's voice, so that helped as well. The music was soothing and continues on after the meditation is over. I've used this meditation a few times now, and always find myself stationary for at least an hour after the meditation is done....which is unusual for me. I am definitely pleased with this audio.
