The Path to Truth

Recently published by Balboa Press, this work is a summation of decades of study and meditation in the Zen Buddhist tradition. I offer it to the legions of Western secular people who are disenchanted with established religions, but seek the deeper spiritual meaning of life than is seen through modern science. Many such individuals may be curious about Buddhism, but have been misguided in their exposure to its profound insights. For this reason, I approach the subject by way of their most likely questions and the answers they will understand.
Buddha's revelation was that human consciousness, with its illuminating intuition, has the capacity to experience the ultimate reality. Even the best of Western philosophy and the most brilliant of modern science continues skeptical of this truth. Like Buddha, Archangel emphasizes the necessity of meditation in cultivating this capacity; and so, for the person who yearns for those depths of spirit, and has not despaired of them, please read his words!
